Amidst this turmoil, I found myself navigating the streets of Richmond, Virginia, trying to find my way. Life had always been a hustle, a constant grind to make ends meet. But as the days of lockdown stretched into weeks, something began to shift within me.

For the first 70 days, I reflected deeply on my life. The streets, once a familiar territory, now felt like a dead end. It was during this period of introspection that I realized I needed a new path. The pandemic, with all its challenges, offered a rare opportunity to pause and rethink my future.

Determined to change the narrative, I decided to dive into the world of business. With a passion for cannabis and a growing interest in sustainable fashion, I envisioned a brand that could merge these two worlds. Thus, TreesRUs2 was born—a clothing brand that not only celebrates cannabis culture but also champions sustainability.

The journey was far from easy. Learning the ropes of business, especially during a global crisis, was a daunting task. But I was driven by a newfound purpose. I enrolled in an associate degree program in digital marketing, eager to equip myself with the skills needed to grow my brand.
